Processing Time

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for all shipments.

  • Prints: Limited edition prints that are 12"x12" are shipped at a flat rate of $9. Limited edition prints that are larger than 12" are shipped at a flat rate of $12.
  • Original Paintings: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Rates include our discounted carrier pricing to keep costs as low as possible for you. Original paintings are insured for their purchase value.

Packaging

  • Prints: Shipped rolled in sturdy protective mailing tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
  • Original Paintings: Carefully packaged with protective materials in custom boxes designed for artwork

Insurance & Security

All original paintings are fully insured for their retail value during transit. High-value items require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt and prevent theft.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress. You'll receive tracking details via email as soon as your label is created.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you're located outside the US and interested in purchasing, please contact us to discuss international shipping options.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 2-5 business days for domestic shipments (depending on distance)
  • Expedited shipping options are available for original paintings at checkout if you need faster delivery. If you would like expedited shipping on prints, please contact us first.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While rare, if your artwork arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. All shipments are insured, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
