Original Artwork

Due to the unique nature of original paintings and artwork, all sales of original artwork are final. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be restocked or resold as new.

We take great care in photographing and describing each piece accurately. However, we understand that viewing art online is different from seeing it in person. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide additional photos or information.

Prints

We want you to love your print! If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

For prints that arrive in good condition, we generally do not accept returns due to the custom nature of art purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

All shipments are insured, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

Shipping Errors

If you receive the wrong item due to a shipping error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct piece at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
